Brazilian company Prática, a leader in the development and manufacturing of technological equipment for the foodservice and bakery sectors, announced today its intention to join the BME Growth market, with the support of ArmanexT as its Listing Sponsor.
This marks an important milestone in the relationship between Brazil — where ArmanexT already has a local team — and the Spanish and European capital markets.
Prática is a well-established company with more than three decades of experience, international presence, and market leadership in Brazil, where it holds close to 40% market share. Its decision to begin the process towards BME Growth reflects a clear strategy: strengthen its expansion in Europe, become a global company, and diversify its sources of financing.
The path Prática is exploring is particularly notable. The company would become the first Latin American issuer to join BME Growth outside the Latibex framework, highlighting the openness of the Spanish market to international companies with strong growth plans.
ArmanexT’s President, Antonio Fernández Hernando, contextualizes this development:
“The fact that Latin American companies are beginning their internationalisation and growth in Europe by listing on BME is a clear sign that this financial corridor is starting to take shape.”
Meanwhile, Mirari Barrena, ArmanexT’s Director for Latin America, emphasises the firm’s local strategy:
“ArmanexT’s commitment to being local in each country where it operates — Brazil, Mexico, Peru and Miami — is what makes this new opportunity to connect Latin American companies with European markets possible.”
For ArmanexT, this announcement builds on an already proven trajectory: Andino Global, the first Latin American company to join Euronext Access+ Paris in 2024, also completed its listing with our firm’s advisory support.
The collaboration between BME, the Brazilian Stock Exchange (B3) and the broader Latin American business ecosystem is generating new opportunities for companies seeking access to European capital. Prática’s announcement confirms that this route is beginning to solidify.
ArmanexT will advise the company throughout the preparation and design phases of its incorporation into BME Growth, as well as in the search for new investors and funding sources in Europe.
Prática’s announcement coincided with that of Fibra Prime, a Peruvian real estate company that has also chosen ArmanexT and BME for its listing process in Europe.
