The transaction strengthens Armanext’s position as a leading international Listing Sponsor, supporting ambitious companies seeking access to European capital markets.
Madrid, July 2026 – Armanext has successfully advised Apex Critical Metals Corp., a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on rare earth elements and niobium, on the admission of its common shares to trading on Euronext Access Paris.
With this admission, Apex becomes the first Canadian company in its sector to join Euronext’s growth markets — a milestone that highlights Armanext’s ability to open new routes into the European market for international issuers.
The listing marks another important international transaction for Armanext and further demonstrates the firm’s expertise in guiding overseas companies through the European listing process. Apex’s shares began trading on Euronext Access Paris under the ticker MLAPX, complementing the company’s existing listings on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), OTCQX in the United States and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
The admission to Euronext Access Paris forms part of Apex’s broader capital markets strategy, aimed at increasing its visibility among European investors, broadening its shareholder base and enhancing liquidity for its shares. The transaction was completed without a public offering or capital raise, providing the company with an additional European trading venue while maintaining its existing reporting obligations in Canada.
Apex Critical Metals is advancing a portfolio of rare earth element and niobium projects in Canada and the United States, including its flagship Rift Rare Earth Project in Nebraska. These minerals are considered increasingly strategic due to their essential role in advanced manufacturing, clean energy technologies, electrification and resilient supply chains.
Armanext acted as Listing Sponsor, managing and coordinating the admission process with Euronext Paris and supporting the company throughout the listing. For this transaction, Armanext coordinated a team of professionals across three countries, reflecting the firm’s international operational capacity.
This latest international mandate reinforces Armanext’s growing presence in cross-border capital markets transactions and its ability to advise companies from different jurisdictions and industries seeking access to European investors.
As one of the most active Listing Sponsors in Europe, Armanext has developed extensive expertise in assisting growth companies with admissions to Euronext markets, offering comprehensive support throughout the listing process—from initial structuring and regulatory preparation to admission and post-listing obligations.
Commenting on the transaction, Antonio Fernández, President of Armanext, said:
“Supporting Apex Critical Metals on its admission to Euronext Access Paris reflects the increasingly international nature of our business. We are seeing growing interest from non-European companies looking to access European capital markets, strengthen their international profile and diversify their investor base. We are proud to have supported Apex in achieving this important milestone.”
The transaction further consolidates Armanext’s strategy of positioning itself as the preferred European capital markets advisor for international SMEs and growth companies seeking efficient access to public markets.
