The Spanish company, specialising in electronic equipment lifecycle management and technology solutions for the circular economy, has celebrated its Bell Ceremony at the Paris Stock Exchange. ArmanexT acted as Listing Sponsor for the transaction.
Paris, 15 September 2026 – Éxxita, a Spanish company specialising in electronic product lifecycle management, celebrated its Bell Ceremony at the Paris Stock Exchange on Tuesday, 15 September, marking its admission to Euronext Access, Euronext’s growth market for SMEs and expanding companies. The company’s shares are traded on this market under the ticker MLEXX, following a direct admission that places its reference valuation at €25.8 million.
ArmanexT acted as Listing Sponsor for the transaction, leading and coordinating the admission process with Euronext Paris and supporting the company throughout every stage: preparing and submitting the documentation required by the market, verifying financial and business information, advising on compliance with European regulations and liaising with the market through to admission to trading.
The firm will continue to support Éxxita in meeting its obligations as a listed company.
The ArmanexT team advising on the transaction was led by María Lago, Managing Director, and Jorge Echegoyen, Head of Listings.
Commenting on the transaction, María Lago, Managing Director of ArmanexT, said:
“Éxxita is exactly the type of company that European growth markets were created for: an industrial and technology company with sustained growth and a business project that generates economic, environmental and social value at the same time. These have been months of hard work during which Éxxita has demonstrated tremendous strength and a very clear understanding of what it means to be listed in Europe. We are proud to have supported them on their journey to this point and to continue doing so in this new chapter.”
The transaction brings to the European market a Spanish company that combines sustained economic growth with a business model focused on social and environmental impact.
An industrial and technology company based in Andalusia
Founded in 2004, Éxxita has evolved from its origins as an IT services business into a group specialising in maximising the value of electrical and electronic equipment. Its core operations are based at the Circular Innovation Hub in Bollullos de la Mitación (Seville), a complex spanning more than 10,000 square metres and dedicated to industrial, logistics, technology and training activities related to the circular economy, recognised by the Regional Government of Andalusia as a strategic business acceleration project.
Éxxita closed the 2025 financial year with revenue of €24.3 million, compared with €19.4 million the previous year, and a net profit of €530,316. The company currently employs 158 professionals.
Social impact as part of the business model
One of Éxxita’s distinguishing features is the integration of its social dimension into its operations. Éxxita develops training and employment programmes linked to green jobs and aimed at vulnerable groups. In 2024 alone, it trained more than 1,300 people in digital and environmental skills.
In 2024, the company managed approximately 190 tonnes of waste electrical and electronic equipment and recovered more than 35,000 devices, helping to avoid nearly 58 tonnes of CO₂ emissions.
This profile has attracted impact-focused investors, including the European Investment Fund through InvestEU.
Euronext Access as a platform for international growth
Euronext Access is one of the European markets designed to facilitate access to equity market financing for SMEs and growing companies.
For Éxxita, the admission is intended to increase its international visibility, provide liquidity for its shares, build familiarity with the workings of capital markets and support its European growth strategy.
Éxxita’s admission strengthens ArmanexT’s activity in European growth markets and its experience supporting Spanish companies seeking international expansion through Euronext. As one of Europe’s most active Listing Sponsors, the firm supports companies throughout the entire listing process, from initial structuring and regulatory preparation through to admission and ongoing post-listing obligations.
