GreyMile SOCIMI has commenced trading on BME Scaleup in a transaction that goes beyond a conventional market listing. The project was conceived from the outset as an investment platform, designed to consolidate a logistics and industrial portfolio with a clear long-term vision.
In this transaction, ArmanexT has assumed a central and cross-cutting role, acting not only as Listing Sponsor but also as strategic advisor to the project as a whole.
Under the leadership of Raimundo Martin and Carlos Cervera, ArmanexT led the complete structuring of the vehicle, defining its legal, operational and financial architecture, as well as the investment model, aligned with the interests of all stakeholders from the initial stage.
One of the key differentiating elements of the transaction was the attraction of the anchor investor, a critical factor in providing the project with solidity from inception. This process was carried out in close coordination with all involved teams—legal, regulatory, financial and commercial—ensuring consistency, efficiency and control at every stage of the project.
ArmanexT also coordinated the agreement with Andbank as exclusive distributor, strengthening the vehicle’s positioning among private investors and family offices and expanding its access to capital.
With this debut, GreyMile begins its journey as a listed company supported by a robust model, a structure designed for growth and a clearly defined strategy from inception.
At ArmanexT, we do more than support companies in accessing capital markets. We act as a strategic partner, capable of structuring vehicles, designing investment models, raising capital, identifying anchor investors and fully coordinating complex projects from inception through to listing.
This global approach enables us to deliver comprehensive corporate solutions, particularly in the SOCIMI space, where planning, design and execution make the difference over the long term.
