First Spanish Listing Sponsor authorized by Euronext (2018) to incorporate SMEs and REIT in the Paris and Lisbon Stock Markets. Armanext as Listing Sponsor is the official player accredited by Euronext to coordinate, advise and supervise the listing process as well as its future maintenance in the Market for all companies regardless of their nationality. Our philosophy is to act as Global Coordinator of all Advisors involved in the Company’s Market Incorporation process: Lawyers, Auditors, Valuation Companies and Bank Agent among others. We provide independent advisory services on fundraising projects, investor relations functions and corporate finance transactions to SMEs and REIT.
Since 2009 we have been a Registered Advisor authorized by BME Growth to incorporate SMEs and REITs in the Spanish Alternative Stock Market (MAB). Armabex as Registered Advisor is the official accredited player whose function is to assess the suitability of SMEs and REITs to meet the requirements for listing on BME Growth and subsequently, we accompany and assist them in meeting the requirements for permanence in the Market. Our philosophy is to act as Global Coordinator of all advisors involved in the process of incorporation into the Company’s Market: Lawyers, Auditors, Valuation Companies and Bank Agent among others.
